July 1988. A new soul came onto this World, a man soon
to be named Jildert Visser, legend of his time. Visser started making music on the age of three, shocking his environment with some amazing rock tunes on his toy keyboard. These songs can be heard on the rare demo album “The Ledikant Recordings”, only available at a few stores around the world.

After he was kicked out of school because he shot his teacher, Visser started to compose some songs with only a guitar and Windows Soundrecorder. He bundled the songs on his debut album “Fisherman” that was released in 2007 and the single “Drinking Until Noon” ended up being number 1 in several hit charts around the world, including the British, American and Dutch one.

Visser’s style is often compared to sing and songwriters like Elliott Smith, Damien Rice and Tom McRae.
